Northwind came to us with a spreadsheet-driven operation and ambitions to become the category-defining freight platform in the DACH region. We designed and built the product from zero.
Operators juggled a dozen disconnected tools. Data was stale, dispatching was manual, and onboarding a new customer took weeks of configuration.
